QR workflows
Vehicle QR labels are a routing tool, not a shortcut around authentication or organization permissions.
This help page describes current FleetTrestle workflow behavior. Protected actions still depend on authentication, active organization membership, role, subscription state, and the records available to that organization.
How to use this workflow.
1Print or place the FleetTrestle QR label for the correct vehicle.
2Scan the code from a phone to open the vehicle-specific field route.
3Sign in when required; FleetTrestle still enforces user and organization authorization behind the QR link.
4Use only the authorized actions available for that vehicle and role.
