Self-service setup is included. Optional Initial Assisted Setup starts at $500 and covers up to 20 vehicles, plus $25 for each vehicle over 20. This one-time service is added to your first invoice.
Purchased new vehicles after your initial setup? Existing customers can choose Additional Assisted Setup. We’ll add and configure up to 5 new vehicles for $125, plus $25 for each vehicle over 5.

Clear subscription terms.
- Taxes are additional where applicable.
- Each non-archived vehicle uses one purchased slot. Archiving frees a slot and does not change your bill.
- Contact FleetTrestle to change purchased quantity or billing interval. Vehicle edits never trigger an automatic charge.
- Past-due subscriptions receive a seven-day grace period. Cancellation takes effect at period end; paid charges are non-refundable.
The standard subscription does not include licensed OEM maintenance schedules, third-party vehicle valuations, GPS hardware, or unlimited file storage.
