Terms of Service
The operating terms for using FleetTrestle, written to match the current product and billing model.
Acceptance and accountsBy creating a FleetTrestle account or using an authorized workspace, you agree to these Terms. Users are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through authorized accounts. Organization administrators are responsible for the users and roles they authorize.
Permitted useFleetTrestle is for legitimate fleet and business operations. Users may not interfere with security, probe for unauthorized access, misuse another organization’s data, transmit malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.
Customer dataCustomers retain their rights in fleet and business records they submit. Customers grant FleetTrestle the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and present that data to provide the service.
Subscriptions and billingFleetTrestle subscriptions are paid subscriptions. Current price, billing interval, included product access, and billing recovery rules are presented on the Pricing page and during secure checkout. Any limited evaluation access is governed by separate written terms.
Cancellations and refundsPaid subscription charges are non-refundable. Customers may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription remains active through that paid-through date and will not renew afterward.
Cancellation, export and deletionCanceling a subscription does not itself delete fleet records. Organization administrators can use available export tools and may request organization closure or deletion through the supported account process, subject to security, legal, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention needs.
Service availability and changesFleetTrestle is continually developed and may change. We work to provide dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material product or commercial changes may require updated terms.
Operational responsibilityFleetTrestle supports recordkeeping and decision-making; it does not replace legally required inspections, qualified maintenance judgment, regulatory compliance, safe vehicle operation, or the customer’s responsibility for its fleet.
Third-party servicesCertain capabilities rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, and payment providers. Their availability and terms can affect portions of the FleetTrestle service.
