Cookie Policy
A plain-English explanation of browser storage used by the current FleetTrestle product.
Current browser-storage behavior.
FleetTrestle currently uses cookies or equivalent browser storage required for authenticated sessions, security, session continuity, and core product behavior. Supabase authentication is the primary source of session storage. FleetTrestle also uses a first-party idle-activity cookie to enforce session timeout behavior.
Essential authentication and securitySession credentials and related security state are used so authorized users can stay signed in and organization access can be enforced. Blocking these values can prevent authenticated FleetTrestle pages from working.
Idle-session activityA first-party activity timestamp is stored with SameSite=Lax behavior so FleetTrestle can end inactive sessions according to the product’s idle-session policy.
Analytics and advertisingFleetTrestle does not currently rely on advertising cookies or intentionally place third-party behavioral-advertising cookies. First-party analytics/performance endpoints do not require a separate advertising-cookie profile. If non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy and any legally required consent experience must be updated before that tracking is enabled.
Preference controlsBecause the current product does not intentionally deploy optional advertising-cookie categories, there is no separate FleetTrestle advertising-cookie preference toggle to persist today. Browser controls remain available for all cookies, with the understanding that blocking essential storage can break sign-in.
