Privacy Policy

How FleetTrestle handles information used to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Privacy principles

Information we processAccount and organization information, fleet records customers submit, product activity needed to operate and secure the service, support communications, and billing-related status supplied by the payment provider.
How information is usedTo authenticate users, enforce organization access, provide fleet workflows, process customer-requested actions, support customers, protect the service, investigate abuse, maintain reliability, and improve the product.
Customer fleet dataAn organization controls the business records it submits. FleetTrestle does not claim ownership of customer fleet records merely because they are stored or processed by the service.
Current service providersFleetTrestle currently relies on Supabase for authentication, database and storage capabilities; Stripe for hosted billing and subscription processing; and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. Those providers process information only for the service functions FleetTrestle uses.
Payment informationPayment-card entry and processing occur through Stripe-hosted billing experiences. FleetTrestle uses billing identifiers and subscription status needed to manage access rather than storing full payment-card details in application records.
Authentication and browser storageSupabase authentication uses session cookies or equivalent browser storage required to maintain secure sign-in state. FleetTrestle does not currently describe advertising-cookie behavior because the product does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies.
Security and organization isolationFleetTrestle uses authenticated access, organization-scoped application logic and database controls, secure file access patterns, and other safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, export and deletionRecords may be retained while an organization uses the service and as needed for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, backup, and operational purposes. Organization administrators can use available export tools and may request closure or deletion through the supported account process.
Policy changesThis policy may evolve as FleetTrestle adds services or legal requirements change. Material changes are reflected here with an updated effective date.

Effective and last reviewed: September 5, 2026. This policy describes the current FleetTrestle product configuration. Jurisdiction-specific obligations may require additional notices or controls before broad commercial launch.

Privacy or data-handling questions can be sent through the FleetTrestle support request path. Security issues should use the contact path described on the Security page.
