Customer ownershipYour organization retains ownership of the business and fleet information it submits to FleetTrestle.
Workspace-based accessRecords stay connected to your company workspace and are available only to authenticated team members with the appropriate permissions.
No data resale modelFleetTrestle operates as a subscription software business, not a business that sells customer fleet records to third parties.
Downloadable organization exportOrganization administrators can download a JSON copy of the fleet records stored in FleetTrestle from the Billing page.
Attachment detailsThe export lists document, photo, and receipt details. Original attachment files remain available separately.
Organization deletionOrganization administrators can permanently delete the organization from Billing after confirming the organization name. FleetTrestle recommends exporting data first.
Use the export as part of your own backup routine.
If your company wants a customer-controlled copy of its FleetTrestle records, an organization administrator can download the current export and store it according to the company's own retention and backup policy.
