Your first five minutes
Go from a vehicle to a useful operating record.
Start with the vehicle you operate today: identify it, record its current mileage, save it, and let the operating history grow around that record. Manufacturer-driven maintenance schedules are not presented here until that workflow is production-ready.
Add the vehicle
Give the vehicle a unit number, then add its VIN and/or the year, make, and model details you know.
Set the starting mileage
Enter the vehicle's current mileage during setup. That establishes the starting point for its FleetTrestle operating history.
Open the vehicle record
After saving, FleetTrestle takes you directly to the vehicle record. Maintenance, inspections, issues, expenses, documents, and future mileage can build around that same unit.
Add the history that matters now
You do not need to reconstruct years of paperwork. Add the maintenance and operating history that helps the team make the next decision, then keep building it as work happens.
Run the fleet from the record
Use the dashboard and vehicle records to see what needs attention while the history becomes more useful over time.
