Bring your useful fleet history with you.

FleetTrestle supports a structured vehicle-roster CSV import today. Other operating history still requires the corresponding product workflow or a migration conversation; this page does not promise an unsupported automated transfer.

What the current migration path supports.

STEP 1

Inventory what you have

Identify active vehicles, current mileage, service logs, inspection records, open issues, expenses, and documents worth carrying forward.

STEP 2

Import the vehicle roster

Authorized administrators and managers can use the authenticated vehicle CSV workflow to map columns, preview rows, and import valid vehicle records.

STEP 3

Review row-level results

The current vehicle importer accepts files up to 1 MB and 500 data rows, keeps successful vehicle rows when others are rejected, and offers a downloadable error CSV.

STEP 4

Add unsupported history deliberately

The public product does not currently bulk-import maintenance, inspections, issues, expenses, documents, or arbitrary historical attachments. Add those records through their product workflows or describe the need before assuming support.

STEP 5

Validate before relying on it

Check vehicle counts, unit numbers, VINs, mileage, and rejected rows before treating migrated records as authoritative.

Migration assistance boundarySubmitting an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm compatibility, schedule work, import records, or guarantee that every source format can be accepted.
Need migration help?

Describe the source format, approximate vehicle count, and which record types matter. Keep credentials, payment details, and sensitive files out of the inquiry form.
