Subscription and organization controls live in the authenticated Billing area and remain subject to organization-role checks.
This help page describes current FleetTrestle workflow behavior. Protected actions still depend on authentication, active organization membership, role, subscription state, and the records available to that organization.
How to use this workflow.
1Authorized organization users can review the current subscription controls from Billing.
2Payment-method recovery, plan changes, and cancellation use the supported Stripe-hosted billing flow where presented.
3Read the current billing and cancellation language shown in product before making a subscription decision.
4Before an irreversible organization deletion, use the available export and review the retention/recovery disclosure.
